Service The goal of the PPTSM staff is to provide the level of service we would expect to receive at a physical therapy office. The physical therapy practice was founded by Christopher DiPasquale. The Hebron office opened in 1989 and the Colchester office in 1990. He continues to own and operate the practice in consultation with the professional staff.
Insurance We accept all major commercial insurance and Medicare. Before your first appointment our administrative staff will contact your insurance company to check your benefits and explain them to you.
Physical Therapy Self Referral You can refer yourself to physical therapy. Most insurance companies provide the same coverage if you self refer or get a referral by your primary care provider. Medicare requires physician referral. We will let you know, before your first appointment, if your insurance company has any special referral requirements.
Hours In special circumstances our staff will arrange to see you before or after normal hours or on weekends.
