"After retiring recently, I had the opportunity to restart my recreational activities - particularly kayaking, golfing and running and biking again.  In the process, I began experiencing my old back injuries, which were limiting my exercise activities.  I self-referred to PPTSM and with Chris's expert guidance and therapy plan, I am fast on my way to attaining all of my exercise goals and activities pain-free.  I highly recommend PPTSM."
